We provide proprietary trading firm challenge passing services, including funded account assistance, evaluation stage support, and post-challenge trading guidance. Our services may include automated strategies, manual trading, or expert trading services aimed at helping users pass evaluations by various proprietary trading firms.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You also confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

a. Base Plan Fees

We offer monthly and one-time service plans. Each plan’s pricing and details are listed on our website. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees, either as a one-time payment or on a subscription basis.

b. Add-On Fees for Monthly Plans

Our monthly subscription plans may include optional or required add-on services such as express challenge completion, additional scaling support, custom risk management tools, or private mentorship. These add-ons will be clearly itemized and charged separately from the base plan. You agree that any selected add-ons will be billed in addition to your monthly subscription.

c. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all services purchased, including recurring fees and add-ons.

5. Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • A service was not delivered within the promised time and no effort was made to remedy it.

  • A user was charged for an add-on or subscription they did not select.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion. Challenges failed due to violations of prop firm rules (including over-leverage or news trading) are not eligible for refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services to violate any applicable laws or the rules of any prop firm.

  • Share or sell access to your account or our trading strategies.

  • Use our service to engage in fraudulent activity or to misrepresent your identity or results.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimer

We do not guarantee success in prop firm challenges. Market conditions, account-specific limitations, and external firm rules are beyond our control. By using our services, you accept the inherent risks of trading and understand that results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, educational material, and tools provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any part of our service without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of trading capital, loss of expected income, or any punitive damages.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law
